BMB Dancers

In 2004, the Blugold Marching Band integrated dancers into their performances, seamlessly combining dance with the band. In the beginning, dancers from the university dance team were selected to join the BMB during their events. As popularity rose, the dancers of the BMB began to operate as their independent section of the band. Membership in the BMB Dance Line is marked by cherished memories, unwavering dedication, and, of course, enjoyment. The dancers invest significant effort and dedication into perfecting their choreography. The choreography is developed collaboratively by the captains and other team members, allowing everyone to contribute their ideas to create dynamic routines that showcase each dancer's expertise. As a dancer in the BMB, you're an integral part of the visual ensemble. Beyond dancing, you’ll also engage with our color guard, joining in for a swing flag section of our performance. This segment of the show fosters a strong bond among both dancers and the color guard.
